RWL Safety Training & Consulting was founded to bring practical, jobsite-tested health and safety expertise to Ontario’s construction industry. Led by Ryan Wilbee — a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO®) trained through the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) — RWL helps employers move beyond box-checking compliance toward genuine due diligence and a stronger safety culture.
With hands-on construction experience and deep knowledge of Ontario’s safety legislation, Ryan works alongside contractors, owners, and project teams to build safety programs that hold up in the field — and in front of an auditor or inspector. As a CCIB Certified Indigenous Business, RWL also supports organizations in meeting their Indigenous engagement and procurement commitments.
